Rental Trust provides a digital service that allows landlords and agents to unlock access to tenant profile information.
By purchasing an unlock or subscription, users gain immediate access to digital content. As such, this policy sets out when refunds may or may not be available.
Unlock purchases are considered fulfilled once access to the tenant's contact details is granted.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Monthly subscriptions provide access to a set number of profile unlocks.
Users may cancel at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
By purchasing a digital unlock, you agree to immediate access to digital content. This means you waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period once the service has been used.
